Nada want to prevent a situation where you have a machine that's standing still and putting you at risk of not completing that job you promised your own customer. We therefore automatically offer a 12 months service warranty on all equipment (which can be extended to five year cover if desired), and a variety of service contracts to suit your needs after the warranty expires.
Our computer systems allow us to track our customers' service history better than ever, and facilitate our ability to satisfy their calls. In fact our engineers can solve 85% of cases on their first visit.
A full spare parts & consumables inventory is held for despatch by the next day.
